Refund policy

At HVNR Health, we take pride in delivering products of exceptional quality. If, contrary to expectations, you wish to return an item, please read the guidelines below. Because our product range includes both food and non-food items, different return conditions apply to each category.

1. NON-FOOD ITEMS

You are welcome to return non-food items within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused

  • In its original condition

  • Securely packaged for transport

Partial returns are accepted if your order contains multiple items. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part. It can take up to 14 days from the time the product arrives at our facility for your refund to be processed.

2. FOOD ITEMS (HONEY, TEA, ETC.)

For the safety of our customers and in accordance with EU hygiene regulations, food items can only be returned under strictly controlled conditions. A food item can only be returned if:

  • The packaging is 100% intact

  • The tamper-evident seal/closure is completely unbroken

  • The product is unopened, unused, and undamaged

  • The original packaging is in flawless condition

Please note: As soon as a food product has been opened—even partially—the right of return is completely voided.

If your order contains both food and non-food items, each individual product will be assessed separately according to its respective rules.

3. HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

  1. Contact our team at contact@hvnrhealth.com and provide your order number.

  2. Return the item using a shipping method that includes tracking (track & trace).

  3. Keep your shipping receipt until the refund has been completed.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the delivered product was incorrect or defective.

4. THE REFUND PROCESS

  • Refunds are issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the error lies with HVNR.

  • In the case of a partial return, only the amount corresponding to the specific returned items will be refunded.
